Phases

Critical Resource UPTAKE Zimbabwe (CRUZ) PROJECT

Phase 1

Supplier Aggregation: Organise and unite supplies from artisan miners and small-medium scale operators, establishing secure supply agreements with safeguards

Seizing Immediate Opportunities: Capitalise on the immediate demand opportunity by engaging in spot purchases for quick export. Revenue generation to operationalisation of subsequent phases.

Phase 2

Infrastructure investment in a local modular concentrator plant for straightforward first stage beneficiation, encompassing primarily DMS. While the primary focus remains on Lithium ore, the plant's flexibility allows for the processing of other valuable metals, including chrome.

Sustainable Power Supply: planned to operate with an off-grid power supply from private consortium, ensuring a reliable and sustainable source of energy.

Phase 3

Expansion of concentrator plant to include flotation methods, strategically set up as a bonded warehouse, enhancing security, compliance with regulations, and the efficient handling of resources.

Partnership with downstream stakeholders for local development of supply chain infrastructure
